We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, settling in, and enjoying the surroundings before the celebrations start. The bar outside the ceremony room will be open at 12:00 and if thats not early enough for you the hotel bar will be open. Just remember you can’t take your drink into the ceremony room.

As much as we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll see it as a well-deserved excuse for a child-free day—think of it as a mini getaway with good food, great company, and plenty of dancing. However if this throws up some curve balls for you please get in touch with us.
We are at capacity with our day time venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. Please feel free to invite to the evening reception.
Yes, we estimate there will be at least a one-hour break from 6–7 pm for anyone who would like to check in, freshen up, or simply relax. The evening festivities will start at 7 pm, with our first dance scheduled for around 8 pm. This means you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and head over to the venue a bit later if needed… but if you’re late, you’ll miss out on the shots of Tuaca that will undoubtedly be flying around!
We kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away and enjoy an unplugged ceremony. Don’t worry—our photographer has got it covered, and we’ll share all the best snaps with you later. Let’s not waste time fiddling with cameras—let’s get straight to the fun bit! You can snap away all you like during the wedding breakfast and reception.
